A Pool Party Request Form that must be completed for all pool parties. The form can be foundhere. The form is required to ensure adequate lifeguard coverage, cleanup help and safety for those attending parties and our general membership.
The Pool Party Request Form needs to be signed by the party sponsor and then scanned/emailed(*) to
at least 10 days prior to the party. Mark will approve and forward to Sears. Once Sears has the form in hand, their scheduling office will call Sponsor to confirm receipt of the form and make a determination as to how many extra guards are needed. Discretion is used in deciding the need for additional guards based upon time of day/week, size, ages, etc. Payment for guards is to be mailed by the party Sponsor to Sears, and should arrive at lease 3 days before the party. Guards are not officially scheduled until payment arrives. Payment should not be made to the guards at our pool, as they are not responsible for receiving and transmitting payments to Sears.
The minimum charge for a party will be $50.00.
