This spring, the Pool Board was busy moving forward with our Capital Plan. A new fence has been installed at the back of the pool and the pool resurfacing was completed!

We still need help covering the costs of the renovation. If you and your family have already contributed to the Capital Fund – thank you!!  If you have not, please consider sending in a contribution ($150.00 - $350.00) to:

The simplest and least painful route to funding our facility improvements is to help grow our membership! You and your family are, by far, the best recruiting resource the club has.  Please take any opportunity to invite your friends and neighbors to the pool and especially to our big opening day social.  Again this year, referring a friend can save you up to $100 ($50 cash the day they join and $50 credit towards next years membership).

FAQ about the Capital Project:

First, we will be resurfacing the pool no matter what happens with our capital campaign. This expenditure has been put off for many years and simply cannot be delayed any longer.

Depending on the amount of money we are able to secure, we will also focus our attention on some other important improvements.  These include, in no particular order

1. bathroom remodeling and tiling
2. fence reconfiguration/repair/replacement
3. landscaping improvements
4. painting and updating of the outside of the bathhouse
5. improving off-season access to the bathrooms and playground for tennis players and all members.

This is a great opportunity to enhance our neighborhood club as a social hub and recreational center.  The level of member contributions will be the determining force in how much we can accomplish!
